A resident at Solano Apartments, located on W NASA Pkwy in Webster, TX, has reported ongoing sewage problems that have led to unsanitary living conditions. According to the resident, raw sewage, including feces and wastewater, has been overflowing outside residential buildings, covering patios and sidewalks.
The resident states that the issue has persisted for an extended period, with tenants recently going without functioning toilets for over 24 hours. In a previous incident, they claim the problem lasted nearly a week. Despite repeated complaints, the resident reports that property management has not taken sufficient action to resolve the issue, leaving them and others to deal with the hazardous conditions on their own.
Below are pics that show visible sewage water pooling outside the apartment buildings. The overwhelming odor and exposure to waste have raised serious health concerns, yet according to the resident, management has not brought in professional plumbers to address the situation.
The resident has contacted various local authorities seeking assistance but claims no effective intervention has been made. With no clear resolution in sight, they remain concerned about the ongoing health risks and deteriorating living conditions.
