Thanks to the Hood News Peeps, we’ve now identified the $300K Copper Wire Bandit as Justin Franklin. We’re still working on identifying the female accomplice.

These two tore through 12 floors, ripping out copper wiring and causing major destruction along the way for a building. They left with an estimated $300,000 in stolen copper, $90,000 in elevator damage, and total building damages of around $100,000. All that mess for a quick payday? Now the building owner is stuck footing the bill. All this for maybe 1000 bucks… ?
