WOMAN SHOT AND KILLED MAN WHO ASSAULTED METRO DRIVER

This morning after 9 AM, a METRO bus driver was assaulted by a man while on duty. After the assault, the suspect exited the bus.
A woman who witnessed the attack, followed the man off the bus and then shot and killed him. She then fled the scene. The Metro Bus driver has minor injuries. The shooting victim was transported via HFD to the hospital where he died.
It’s not clear what led to the initial assault of the Metro Driver or why the woman opened fire. Metro PD and HPD are actively investigating the scene. Here are video clips sent in by Hood News Peeps.
