Earlier today, a Peep’s son was at Burger King with his grandmother, who left her small dog near the entrance while picking up their order. The dog was not on a leash and may have appeared to be a stray.
Surveillance footage shows a woman—who was there as a DoorDash driver—along with her young son, noticing the unattended dog and leaving with it, possibly out of concern for its safety.
Its believed these individuals were acting as Good Samaritans and are hoping to connect with them to bring the beloved pet back home.
