At Villas on the Green Apartments, 9603 Homestead (next to Tidwell Park, 3 minutes from Shadydale Elementary) a man has been spotted walking around being very inappropriate and touching himself.
Law enforcement has not yet arrived, and school is letting out. Children are already walking home in this area.
Please stay alert, keep your children inside or escorted, and report any suspicious activity immediately to law enforcement.
