Homicide Investigation – Harris County
After 6 PM, Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call for service at a residence in the 6000 block of Diantha Street, near N. Fry and FM 529 in Katy, Texas.
Deputies found a male who had been shot. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. A woman, who had been involved in an altercation with the man — which may have turned physical — shot him and remained at the location. She is cooperating with investigators. A child was also inside the home at the time.
Crime Scene Investigators and Homicide Detectives are on scene. The case will be referred to a grand jury.

Después de las 6 PM, los agentes de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Harris respondieron a una llamada de servicio en una residencia ubicada en la cuadra 6000 de Diantha Street, cerca de N. Fry y FM 529 en Katy, Texas.
Los agentes encontraron a un hombre que había recibido un disparo. Fue declarado fallecido en el lugar. Una mujer, que había estado involucrada en un altercado con el hombre —el cual pudo haberse vuelto físico— le disparó y permaneció en el lugar. Ella está cooperando con los investigadores. Un menor también se encontraba dentro de la vivienda en ese momento.
Los investigadores de la escena del crimen y los detectives de homicidios se encuentran en el lugar. El caso será remitido a un gran jurado.
