At approximately 5:15 AM on December 17, Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a deadly crash at Jackrabbit Rd / FM-529, near N. Eldridge Pkwy.An adult pedestrian was struck by multiple vehicles in the intersection and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Christopher Brown.
Investigators determined Christopher was struck by 6 to 8 vehicles. Only two vehicles remained at the scene. Authorities continue searching for the other six vehicles, which are believed to have front-left damage.
The intersection was shut down for several hours while investigators processed the scene.
