A Hood News Peep is speaking out about a situation in her neighborhood that has gotten out of control. This is happening at 611 West Dr. in Channelview, Texas, inside a mobile home community. She says she has only lived there for about two to two and a half months, but neighbors have already been dealing with a teenage male, around 17 or 18 years old, who has been causing problems.
The Peep says the teen has been going around throwing rocks at homes, breaking windows, and damaging cars. An elderly woman in the area has also been targeted.
Last night, things got worse when he started throwing rocks at the Hood News Peep’s car and her 9 year old son. The child was hit in the back of the head before the teen ran off. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black joggers, and possibly carrying a black Adidas backpack. Her child had to be taken to the hospital for observation.
Police were called and a report was made, but the Hood News Peep says nothing was done. Neighbors say they have called police several times about this same person, but officers have not been able to find him.
In another incident, the teen threw an extension cord at a home, but neighbors say no further investigation was done.
The teen keeps coming around the mobile home community, damaging property and scaring families. Now that a child has been hurt, the Hood News Peep is asking for something to be done before it gets worse.
