I received a 25-second video showing a man engaging in inappropriate and indecent behavior inside his vehicle off 34th Street and Mangum.
According to the woman involved, he was sitting in the driver’s seat with the door open, got her attention, and then began acting in a disturbing manner. She immediately started Facebook Live streaming at the time. Many of her friends hopped on the video and witnessed this with their own eyes.
The live video has since been removed due to the adult nature of the content, but many people did witness what happened.
Because of the content, I cannot share the full video. I can, however, share the portion where he drives off. The suspect was reclining in the driver seat when he was doing this, so his face was never shown.
A license plate was captured, but it appears to be intentionally covered.
