Harris County sheriff’s investigators are back at the house where a 19-year-old woman was shot after leaving church last night on Hartwick Drive.
24-year-old Emanuel Marin has been charged and is facing two felonies. Investigators tell us he attended the same church up until about a month ago, but was asked to stop attending because of his behavior. When she got home, he was on the property.
After the shooting, the young woman’s boyfriend hit Marin with his car, causing a broken leg and Marin is now hospitalized.
The young woman also got rushed to the hospital. She’s expected to be ok but we are still piecing together the peculiar circumstances on this story.
