A dog was abandoned at Dogtopia of Houston – Vintage Park after a man brought the animal into the facility, then pulled the dog along by its leash and allegedly gave it a swift kick in the rear as he left.
The facility is in the process of filing a police report regarding the incident. In the meantime, staff are working to find the pup a loving home and are hoping to connect the dog with a family willing to provide a safe and permanent place to live.
