Baytown Police are investigating a reported incident involving a man who appeared on the video-chatting platform OmegleTV while a group of 12 year-old girls was using the app.
According to the minors, they were talking to the man when he allegedly displayed explicit behavior on camera and made inappropriate requests. The girls stated that the behavior began as soon as he appeared on the video chat. Images taken from the recording show the man wearing his hat pulled low over his face.
A report was filed with the Baytown PD, and the complete video was uploaded through the department’s evidence system. According to the reporting parent, investigators explained that identifying the man may be difficult because his OmegleTV username was not captured.
