Texas City DoorDash Driver Demands Answers After Being Accused of Stealing Pizza

Since FB Page Talk of Texas City isn’t assisting, maybe Texas City High School (Building “A”) can investigate the situation. Perhaps they can look into who downloaded those surveillance camera images that were used to make a defamatory post on an innocent man. When a parent wants to review camera footage after their child is assaulted, a lot of times they aren’t allowed to record or even allowed to view the videos. How could someone obtain these images to make a false post on social media?
For those just catching up: A DoorDash driver says the Talk of Texas City Facebook page allowed an anonymous person to falsely accuse him of stealing a large pizza order after he was unable to complete the delivery because he didn’t receive the required code and DoorDash ultimately canceled the order. He says the anonymous post claimed police were contacted, so he went to the Texas City Police Department himself and says he learned no police report had been filed. Now he’s coming forward to clear his name and asking the page to remove the post. It appears that they removed the post but are not providing him with the name of the person who posted.
All that for a $2.70 tip
