HPD responded to reports of a man down lying in a grassy area near the Jensen Dr overpass at around 8:40 AM. The man was found shot to death. Houston Police Department Homicide Detective are on the scene as well as Crime Scene Investigators. Personnel with the medical examiner’s office were also on scene, while HPD’s Mobility Response Team assisted with securing the perimeter.
