Arrest update: today, members of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) located and arrested David Rocha (11-22-94). Rocha is currently booked in the Harris County Jail.
Rocha was charged with Murder in connection with the shooting death of Carlos A. Castillo at a convenience store in the Cloverleaf area (14145 Corpus Christi) on 1/29/2025.
