Deputies Stop Knife Attack Outside Downtown Courthouse
Constable Precinct One Deputies arrested a man who brandished a knife and chased two pedestrians in the downtown courthouse complex. The suspect, identified as 49-year-old Cedric A. Madison, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies deployed a Taser to subdue him before taking him into custody.
