BE ON THE LOOKOUT!
Charges have been filed against Oscar Daniel Vega Espinoza, 34, for the murder of a 30-year-old woman found near 8200 Hockley Street on August 17. The victim, who was Vega Espinoza’s ex-girlfriend, was discovered in the water near Brays Bayou Greenway Trail with signs of a stabbing. Vega Espinoza is also charged with tampering with evidence but is not currently in custody.
