Heavy police presence near Ed Lou Lane and Grant Road.
A deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s office conducted a traffic stop near the location and the driver fled on foot. A police perimeter was established and with the assistance of Constable K9 Rambo Tom Ramsey, he was successfully captured!
