Jennifer Carmona has been arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension, for allegedly delaying the capture of murder fugitive, David Rocha. Rocha was arrested yesterday. Carmona has been booked in the Harris County Jail. Do not aid or assist a fugitive. Such conduct undermines public safety and carries significant legal consequences.
