CONSTABLES APPREHEND EVADING SUSPECT BREAKING INTO VEHICLES IN THE ROCKCREEK SUBDIVISION!
On February 26, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13700 block of Lindsey Hill Lane to a suspect in a vehicle with paper plates actively breaking into vehicles at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop but the driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
During the pursuit, deputies deployed spike strips but the driver intentionally drove towards deputies in an attempt to hit them. After a successful spike strip, the driver lost control and crashed. The driver was apprehended and identified as Alexis Linscomb, a convicted felon, who was in possession of a loaded firearm.
Further investigation revealed that she had open warrants for Felon in Possession of Firearm and Theft of Firearm.
“Alexis Linscomb was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle, Felon in Possession of Firearm, and Aggravated Assault on Peace Officer. Her bond and court information has not been set at this time.” – Constable Mark Herman
