CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECTS AFTER THEY SHOT THEIR SON’S GIRLFRIEND’S FATHER WHO THOUGHT SHE WAS TOO YOUNG TO DATE!
On March 17, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an aggravated assault call in the 24400 block of Osprey Point Drive where it was reported that two males were fighting on the street and shots were fired.
Upon arriving, deputies located a male victim with a gun shot wound to the chest. The suspect was detained and identified as Luther Madison II.
The victim reported that he and his wife arrived to the location to meet the parents of their juvenile daughter’s boyfriend to ask them for help in keeping the son away from their daughter as she is too young to be dating.
A verbal and physical altercation ensued on the street and Luther Madison’s wife, Madison Angelica had a gun in her pocket which was facilitated to him during the fight. He then shot the victim and pointed the weapon at the victim’s wife and threatened her.
“Luther Madison II and Angelica Madison were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Luther was charged with two counts of Aggravated assault with a Deadly Weapon. His total bond was set at $100,000.00. Angelica Madison was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond was set at $25,000.00 out of the 178th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
