CONSTABLES CAPTURE SUSPECT WANTED FOR FELONY CHILD PORNOGRAPHY WARRANTS!!

On May 13, 2026, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4800 block of Louetta Road.

During the investigation, the driver was identified as Steven Anthony Delafuente, who was found to have three active warrants for his arrest for First Degree Felony Possession of Child Pornography Video/Film.

“Steven Anthony Delafuente was arrested, transported to the Harris County Jail, and charged with his felony warrants. His bond has not been set by the 228th District Court at this time.”– Constable Mark Herman
