A Hood News Peep witnessed a heartbreaking act of animal cruelty on the FM 1960 overpass at West Lake Houston Parkway in the Atascocita/Humble area. The witness saw someone roll down their window and throw a dog out at the top of the overpass.
The witness followed the vehicle toward Walden and was able to get the license plate, but it appears to be a paper tag.
