HPD is investigating a fatal shooting at the 6700 block of Telephone Rd near Bellfort. Two men were found shot inside a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex. One of them passed away at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital (condition is unknown). No word on suspect. The red bag seen behind the vehicle is a hazmat bag.
