Gratitude for Houston Fire Department: High Water Rescue Aids in Funeral Arrangements Amidst Flooding

Last night, a Hood News Peep’s loved one passed away at a hospice care facility. He was to be transported to be prepared for funeral arrangements by the funeral home but with today’s flooding, it was not possible. HFD High Water Rescue came and gave his family a hand. They picked up our Peep’s loved one who had been deceased since yesterday afternoon and got him over to the funeral home who was there to transport him. Thank you Houston Fire Department!

Last night, in the 3300 block of North Houston Avenue in Humble, TX, a loved one of a Hood News Peep passed away at a hospice care facility. He was supposed to be transported to the funeral home for funeral arrangements, but due to yesterday’s flooding, it was not possible. HFD High Water Rescue came to their aid. They retrieved our Peep’s loved one, who had been deceased since yesterday afternoon, and safely transported him to the funeral home. Thank you, Houston Fire Department!
