Harris County Prosecutor Arrested on Family Violence Strangulation Charge

The Panorama Village Police Department says that Gabriel Kabak, who works for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, was arrested on a charge of family violence involving strangulation. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
