HOUSTON HOME DEPOT THIEF ARRESTED IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY! Come on Down #78!
Charles Jermaine Randle, who has been linked to a series of tool thefts at Home Depot stores between June 27 and August 6 was arrested today! Randle repeatedly targeted multiple locations, stealing an estimated $30,000 worth of tools over the past month.
Randle was taken into custody by Shenandoah PD on September 16, 2025, at 12:33 AM. in the 19100 block of I-45.
He is currently charged with Theft of Property >= $2,400 < $30,000 and remains held on bond.
