HPD is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of two men at 6347 Windswept Lane around 7:35 p.m. on Friday, November 7.
The victims, Rafael Xe Rax, 30, and Jose Cuz Shol, 21, were both found with gunshot wounds. One man was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead; the other was found deceased at the scene.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20–30 years old, seen walking away from the area.
