BOLO for missing elderly person with dementia identified as 73 year old Cortwright Quinland, B/M, DOB 12/28/1951 approximately 5’06” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
Quinland was last seen on foot wearing a blue hat, gray jacket, and gray pants on January 02, 2025 at approximately 1700 hours walking away from his residence in the 2400 Falls Church Drive and not returning.
