MURDER SUSPECT SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN COURT TODAY

London Hogan Sr., 37, is expected to appear in court today before Judge Te’iva Bell in the 339th District Court in connection with the death of 56-year-old Louis Erebia, who was killed following a carjacking on June 6.
According to investigators, deputies responded to the 11800 block of Tidwell in reference to a carjacking. While detectives were investigating the case, the owner of the stolen vehicle, Louis Erebia, reportedly located his vehicle and confronted the suspected carjacker. During that encounter, authorities say the suspect opened fire, striking Erebia and another man.
Erebia was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. The second victim survived his injuries.
Hogan has been charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. He remains in the Harris County Jail.
Court records show Hogan has an extensive criminal history dating back more than 15 years, including prior cases involving burglary of a habitation, unauthorized use of a vehicle, drug possession charges, and assault involving a family or household member. I’ve also attached a clipping from a Louisiana law-enforcement agency post from 2025.
