
On October 28, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Ulta Beauty store located in the 28700 block of Northwest Freeway in reference to a theft in progress.
During the investigation, it was determined that two female suspects entered the store and stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise. Through social media and community tips, the two suspects were positively identified.
Further investigation by Constable Herman’s Investigative Division revealed that four additional female suspects are connected to the same theft ring, targeting at least 10 Ulta stores across the Houston area. Together, these suspects are believed to have stolen over $38,000 worth of merchandise from multiple locations.
“If you have any information regarding this case or the identities of these four females, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” said Constable Mark Herman.
Constable Herman added, “These suspects are working in conjunction with others already identified and have victimized numerous businesses throughout the Houston area. We remain committed to identifying and arresting all involved.”
