Spring Branch ISD police is investigating an incident where a woman and her children approached a Hood News Peep’s 8 year-old son and the boy alleges that the woman instructed her elementary school aged sons to assault him. This happened at the Waterford Grove Apartments.
The Peep shares her point of view and stated she believes this may have been mistaken identity.
