A Hood News Peep in the Bridgestone subdivision near FM 2920 and Rhodes Road in Spring reached out after residents experienced 10 mailbox break-ins in just one year!
According to the Peep, several individuals involved in previous break-ins have already been caught, but one individual keeps returning week after week.
This time, surveillance cameras captured a clear view of an individual in the passenger seat of a vehicle who appears to be breaking into the mailboxes.
Residents say stolen mail has included credit cards, debit cards, and sensitive personal information.
Despite filing reports, residents say they continue getting sent back and forth between the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Postal Service.
A police report has been filed with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
