Please help identify suspect who stole kid’s e-bike!

Hello Everyone,
My son’s e-bike was stolen yesterday when he parked it at the tennis court at Cypress Point Park. 14415 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77429. This was a gift from his late grandmother, so it means a lot.
HOA board just sent me camera photos a guy who stole the e-bike. I attached all photos for your ref. Your support is highly appreciated. My son would be very happy if he can get it back.
