On September 23, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 6800 block of Cypresswood Drive in reference to a harassment complaint.
Upon arrival, the complainant advised deputies that she had been receiving unwanted electronic messages from a known suspect, identified as Teofilo Chacon.
Further investigation revealed that Chacon had sent unsolicited photos to the victim. Despite her previous attempts to stop him from contacting her, he reportedly continued sending unwanted messages and making threats toward her.
Teofilo Chacon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Obscenity – Promotion, Production, or Direction. His bond has not been set at this time out of County Court 15.
