Charges have been filed against Cerdarian Patrick O’Neal Thompson, 31, who is wanted for the fatal shooting of Keambra Bibbs, 22, found at 7700 Main Street on September 4. Thompson faces a murder charge in the 232nd State District Court, though he remains at-large.

Houston Police responded to a call about a person down and found Ms. Bibbs with gunshot wounds. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Evidence linked Thompson to the case, leading to charges by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
