On March 31, 2026, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Target located at 19511 North Freeway in reference to a shoplifter.
Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that two female suspects had stolen approximately $260 worth of merchandise by scanning different price tags at the self-checkout.
Deputies quickly located the suspects, who were identified as Riccy Lopez Gomez and Loyda Osorio.
“Riccy Lopez Gomez and Loyda Osorio were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. Their bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 9.” – Constable Mark Herman
