The Case of Luis Deleon
Jonathan Hernandez, 18, is charged with capital murder and tampering with evidence – human corpse in the 248th State District Court. On February 15, the U.S. Marshals Office’s Fugitive Task Force and Mexican authorities arrested Hernandez in Mexico. He was extradited back to Texas and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond is set at $800K.

HCSO Deputies and investigators arrived at the scene to find a man sleeping in the back seat of his 4-door pickup truck. Suddenly, a male, possibly armed with pistols, entered the truck and attempted to rob the sleeping man.

Thompson’s bond is set at $2 million. Gratitude to HPD for their diligence. Thompson’s arrest brings hope for justice to Bill’s family after almost three years of waiting.
