This morning around 8:30 AM near the Pier 10 area at the Port of Galveston, a personal watercraft capsized with three people on board. The crew aboard the Captain Dub Allen responded quickly and rescued all three individuals from the water. Shoutout to the Capt Dub Allen Crew!
