Tragedy Avoided. A three-year-old boy, non-verbal w/ Autism, was found barefoot and wandering along the median in 5400 blk of W. Mt. Houston, shortly after 5 a.m. He was a half-mile from an aunt’s home, where he’d been staying. Sade K. Stewart, 31, is charged w/ Child Endangerment. Thank you deputies, HCEC paramedics and a Good Samaritan who found the boy. The aunt was arrested after the Harris County DA’s Office accepted a charge of child endangerment.
