HPD is investigating the fatal shooting of a man and woman found in the 9100 block of Radio Road near Monroe and Almeda Genoa on Saturday, February 28.
HPD Homicide Division reported that patrol officers responded to a meet-the-firefighter call at the location and discovered a male lying in the middle of the roadway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. A woman victim, who had also sustained multiple gunshot wounds, was found in a ditch next to the road.
HFD Paramedics pronounced both individuals deceased at the scene. At this time, there are no known suspects. Hood News Peeps have been reaching out and sharing that this was a couple from Baltimore celebrating the woman’s birthday.
