UPDATE: London Hogan Denied Bond Following 11 D Hearing

London Hogan, 37, the man charged with the murder of 56 year-old Louis Erebia, appeared in court today for an 11 D hearing before Judge Te’iva Bell in the 339th District Court.
An 11 D hearing gives a judge the opportunity to review whether a defendant should be released on bond or remain in custody while the case moves through the court system. During the hearing, the judge considers factors such as the seriousness of the charges, the defendant’s criminal history, whether they pose a danger to the public, and the risk of fleeing.
After hearing the evidence, Judge Te’iva Bell denied bond, meaning Hogan will remain in the Harris County Jail as the case proceeds.
Hogan was arrested learlier this month and is charged with the murder of 56 year-old Louis Erebia. In addition to the murder charge, Hogan also faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
