Man Faces Assault Charge After Allegedly Using Motorized Water Gun on Vulnerable People

Christopher Cayce thought it was a good idea to use a high-powered, motorized water gun to target disabled and homeless people, taunt them, record it, and post the videos on social media.
According to HPD, the investigation was handled by the Major Offenders Division with assistance from the Westside Crime Suppression Team. Investigators say the incidents led to the arrest of Cayce, who has been charged with assault causing bodily injury.
