Hawthorn Park near TC Jester in the Westview Landing neighborhood. There was was a suspect with who had an arrest warrant by the last name of Brown. He was barricaded inside a residence and wasn’t coming out. HCSO and Constable Deputies were on the scene. Brown finally came out and surrender without incident.
