Kingwood, Texas – A tense situation unfolded Friday on the 2000 block of Shadow Rock Drive, near Eastex Freeway and Northpark, as Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputies and SWAT surrounded a home to serve a warrant.
According to initial reports, a man identified as Christian P. refused to exit the residence. Tactical robots were deployed while negotiators worked to bring the standoff to a peaceful end.
