Chiropractor Turned Predator!!!
Joshua Aaron Gomez was arrested back on August 6, 2025 and accused of performing unlicensed medical-style procedures and sexually assaulting a victim. Was then arrested in November for another sexual assault. Investigators believe there may be more victims who have not come forward yet.
Gomez was taken into custody during a large law-enforcement operation in Harris County that focused on finding violent offenders and sex predators. The operation included the HCSO, FBI Houston, DEA Houston, the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Task Force, and the Texas DPS.
80 people were arrested and 183 warrants were cleared, including 96 felony warrants and 53 cases involving crimes against children. A Detective with the Sheriff’s Office investigated the case, and the Violent Persons Task Force arrested Gomez on a felony Sexual Assault warrant.
Gomez has been charged and is currently out on bond. His bonds include:
• $50,000 for his first arrest in August
• $100,000 for the second arrest in November
• $10,000 in Hidalgo County
The State had previously suspended Gomez’s chiropractic license after several complaints of a sexual nature. Investigators have already identified 11 other people who reported different complaints involving him.
