Charges have been filed against 24-year-old Angel Adonis Saldivar-James in connection with the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Yaddua Barraza Hernandez. The incident happened around 10:45 p.m. on December 4 at a business located at 119 West Dyna Drive.
According to Detectives, HPD patrol officers arrived to find Mr. Barraza Hernandez unresponsive with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by HFD paramedics.
Investigators say two males walked up to the business. One suspect fired into the location while the second stole money. Both fled the scene on foot.
Detectives later identified Saldivar-James as the shooter. He was arrested on Monday, December 8, and charged with murder. A booking photo has been released.
