Authorities are investigating three shootings believed to have been carried out by the same man before he was found dead inside a vehicle.
According to preliminary information, the first shooting happened around 6 AM in Pasadena, where the man shot his wife. A second woman, described by authorities as his girlfriend or companion, was shot around 9 AM in Splendora.
At approximately 10 AM, a male friend was shot twice, once in the face and once in the hand, in the parking lot of the Burger King at 6220 East Freeway in Houston.
Pasadena police tracked the suspect’s vehicle but temporarily lost sight of it. Officers later located the vehicle parked on Concord. When a tactical team approached, the suspect was found dead in the back seat with a gunshot wound. Authorities identified him as the person responsible for the three shootings. The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation.
All three victims were transported for medical treatment and were reported to be in stable condition. HPD is investigating the Houston shooting, while Pasadena and other agencies continue investigating the related incidents. The information released so far is preliminary.
