Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 18300 block of Tomball Parkway in reference to a weapons disturbance.
Upon arrival, the suspect refused to exit the building. After additional resources arrived on scene, the suspect eventually surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident.
Investigation revealed the suspect had two open felony warrants out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
