On February 19, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14000 E Apricot Blush in reference to a credit card abuse call. Upon deputies arriving, the complainant stated that an unknown suspect fraudulently utilized his identifying information to open a credit card charge account with Harbor Freight.
After a through investigation, it was discovered that the suspect attempted to purchase a generator valued at $1,875.00 at two separate Harbor Freight locations, until he was intercepted by alert loss prevention associates. Video surveillance captured the suspect, who is described as a medium complected Hispanic or black male in his late thirties. The suspect was prepared to load the generator in late model black in color GMC Yukon Denali (2015-2019).
